قد نُفصح عن بياناتك إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
بياناتك تُخزَّن على خوادم في ألمانيا. إذا كنت مقيماً خارج الاتحاد الأوروبي — في السعودية أو مصر أو غيرهما — فإن إرسالك للنموذج يعني موافقتك على نقل بياناتك ومعالجتها هناك.
اخترنا هذا المكان لمستوى الحماية القانونية المرتفع الذي يوفره.

سحب الموافقة لا يؤثر على مشروعية المعالجة التي تمت قبله.
لا يوجد نظام آمن بنسبة مئة بالمئة. نبذل جهداً معقولاً، ونخطرك دون تأخير إذا وقع خرق يمسّ بياناتك.
خدماتنا موجهة لمن هم في الخامسة عشرة فأكثر. بعض البرامج — وتحديداً برامج الأمن السيبراني — قد تشترط سناً أعلى، ويُبيَّن ذلك في صفحة البرنامج.
إذا علمنا أننا جمعنا بيانات من طفل دون الخامسة عشرة دون موافقة وليّه، حذفناها فوراً.
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. يظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. وإذا كان التغيير جوهرياً ويمسّ بيانات سبق أن أرسلتها، أخطرناك بالبريد.

We may disclose your data where legally required to do so.
Your data is stored on servers in Germany. If you reside outside the European Union — in Saudi Arabia, Egypt or elsewhere — submitting the form constitutes your consent to your data being transferred and processed there.
We chose this location for the high standard of legal protection it provides.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
No system is completely secure. We take reasonable measures, and we will notify you without undue delay if a breach affects your data.
Our services are directed at those aged 15 and over. Some programmes — cybersecurity in particular — may require a higher minimum age, which is stated on the programme page.
If we learn we have collected data from a child under 15 without parental consent, we delete it immediately.
We may update this policy. The last updated date appears at the top of this page. Where a change is material and affects data you have already submitted, we will notify you by email.
